John Paiva

John is from Newport, R.I. and moved to Freedom, N.H. with his wife and daughter in 2000. After working as a Behavior Specialist, tracking data for a non-profit organization assisting clients with behavior issues, he spent fifteen years building and managing a variety of sales teams. He experienced first-hand the data explosion that occurred in the business world, and with it, the challenges and opportunities it presented. John saw the disconnect between data, and useful information up close. He became a member of the Rapid Insight team in September 2011, recognizing the need for quick, easy to use solutions that will make it easier to actually use data to drive decisions. He is looking forward to contributing to the company's continued success and thinks the outlook is "excellent".
