Analytics Version 3.0 is Out!

Rapid Insight Analytics version 3.0 has just been released!  Version 3.0 offers a robust set of features to help you understand and leverage your data into actionable results. If you haven’t had the opportunity to use Analytics before now, it’s a great time to check it out!

Some highlights:

The first, and perhaps most noticeable change, is the look and feel. A primary obstacle for most data-analysts, or really, anybody trying to understand their data, is a clunky user interface. Our simplified interface helps you jump straight to the functionality you need, while still offering a depth of analytical capacity.

Functionality is neatly segmented into 3 intuitive groupings. Quickly transition from Data Analysis, to Visualizations, to Modeling, quickly and conveniently.

With the ever-present challenges of data-prep and identifying “dirty data,” eliminating the slow-down of clunky software is a must. That’s why, in coordination with the user-friendly interface, data visualizations have been expanded. Now you can form scatterplots, bar graphs, and bubble charts in an intuitive fashion, easily customizing and reporting on those graphs along the way.

Most importantly, creating and interpreting models (powerful models) is even faster than before with 3.0. With its added features, models can be made both more robust and easier to interpret at the same time. For those without technical backgrounds, the “% Model Contribution” will tell you, at a glance, how influential each of your predictors are in your models (e.g. “variable X” contributes 37% of the information for your predicted results). You can even form new, dynamic groupings in your data using “K-Means Clustering”- a personal favorite among the new additions.

Identifying key predictors is easy with Analytics, regardless of your background.
