 Post subject: A "Path Not Found" Error on Dell E6400 Laptop

A user reported this problem when installing Analytics on a new Dell E6400 laptop. The operating system (OS) on the laptop was the Enterprise Edition of Windows 7 (32-bit version). Closing the error allowed the program to otherwise open normally. The program seemed to operate normally, too - loading in data sets and saved analyses, processing and analyzing data correctly. However, when the user tried to save an analysys or model, the program would abruptly close (without saving anything).

Interestingly, it appears the problem is hardware related. Uninstalling and reinstalling Analytics had no effect; neither did removing and reinstalling the OS. Other computers on the same network using the same OS, security settings, antivirus software, etc. run Analytics without error. Whether this problem is unique just to this one laptop or to all machines of this model is still an open question.
