Conway, NH - June 30, 2009 - Over thirty Rapid Insight customers from ten states ascended on the Campus of Plymouth State University to share ideas, methodologies, and to learn from their peers on how they are using Rapid Insight software products to utilize their data and to improve their analytic intelligence.
The sessions provided customers with an opportunity to present case studies and to share industry best practices. Particular attention was given to reviewing different models and methodologies for retention analysis. In addition, training sessions as well as other solution specific sessions were given by Rapid Insight. The user group provided a forum for live demonstrations as well as interactive feedback sessions for customers to provide their input into the future direction of Rapid Insight products.
It was no surprise to Scott Mantie, Associate Dean of Institutional Research at Plymouth State University, whose institution hosted the user group, that this event was a success: "From the attention to detail in their product development, to the focus on customer satisfaction and training, I expected a superior conference and I was not disappointed. We were proud to host this first event."
"The feedback from all attendees was great," says Diana Oxner, Rapid Insight's Director of Client Operations. "This was an extremely positive experience for our company, but more importantly, for our customers." University of North Texas' Rebecca Lothringer: "This reaffirmed why I bought Rapid Insight Analytics." Mount Saint Mary College's Ryan Williams: "The commitment of the Rapid Insight folks to help the users is awesome."
With multiple offers from customers to host next year's User Group Conference, and based on the success of this year's event, the first annual User Group will not be the last.
