#DataTalk™ and Brown Bag Learning Series to Provide Learning Opportunities with Interactive Panels and Short Educational Formats
Conway, NH 22 October 2013 – Rapid Insight Inc. today announced a continued commitment to predictive analytics education with the rollout of two new online learning initiatives: #DataTalk™ and Brown Bag Learning Sessions.
#DataTalk™ is a 30 minute online panel discussion where participants are Rapid Insight users as well as other related industry experts. Questions are asked about specific topics related to predictive analytics and data analysis. The sessions are moderated and the audience is given an opportunity to participate by asking questions of the panelists.
The Brown Bag Learning Series is an online educational resource where people can take in advanced predictive modeling concepts in bite size chunks. The online sessions each cover a single topic in 10-20 minutes. “I found this short learning session to be a great educational opportunity,” said Clark Brigger from the University of Michigan. Clark attended the first session, which covered the statistical concept of R-Squared.
“Our goal was to develop new and innovative approaches that we could use to provide education and useful content.” said Paul Kirsch, Marketing Manager at Rapid Insight.
“The first DataTalk session was a great exchange of ideas and information. The live video feeds allow industry leaders to dynamically exchange ideas in a free flowing format, with no pre-set presentation.” continued Kirsch.
The #DataTalk™ and Brown Bag Sessions are also available for on-demand viewing. The sessions are free to attend and they are available to everyone.
