Rapid Insight is currently seeking a creative, collaborative Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing software company. The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving sales and marketing content for the company brand and Rapid Insight’s award-winning Veera analytics platform. The Content Marketing Specialists primary goal is to produce compelling content that attracts prospects and converts leads to customers.

Job Activities

  • Working collaboratively across departments to develop a quarterly content plan that aligns with business priorities
  • Leveraging customer, partner, and market data to develop strategic content themes
  • Maintaining content audit document to determine and address gaps in content pipeline by persona, vertical industry, and lifecycle stage
  • Writing and continuously improving the Core Messaging document for the company and product portfolio
  • Writing compelling content for customer case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, and eBooks
  • Supporting public relations objectives, such as press releases, media coverage, editorial opportunities, award submissions, and speaking engagements
  • Reviewing, editing, and publishing technical content for the Insights blog and webinar presentations
  • Working with Rapid Insight stakeholders and third-party vendors to create new engaging video content
  • Managing all website content within the content management system (Divi for WordPress)
  • Creating and publishing all organic social media content that is customized to each third-party platform to strategically grow and engage unique audiences
  • Producing and/or editing Sales enablement materials, including sales presentations, sell sheets, and customer references
  • Collaborating with Digital Marketing on keyword research to ensure content is optimized for search and user experience
  • Measuring the effectiveness of content marketing assets and applying insights to improve content strategy
  • Ensuring that all content meets brand standards in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice
  • Delivering projects on time and on budget

 Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, technical writing, marketing, or business administration
  • 3+ years experience in marketing or communications
  • Experience developing content for software and/or technology brands
  • Proficient in all major business software applications including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with WordPress or other content management system
  • Experience with HubSpot preferred
